Who it is for
Working architectural, interior, hotel and luxury property photographers, at any stage, who take the craft and the business of it seriously.
The private professional network for property photographers
Membership by invitation. Knowledge shared in confidence.

Photo House Club exists so property photographers no longer have to figure everything out alone. It’s a private members’ hub where knowledge, experience and industry conversations are shared in confidence among professionals who understand the craft.

Membership is intentionally limited. Every application is reviewed manually to preserve the quality of the community.
Working architectural, interior, hotel and luxury property photographers, at any stage, who take the craft and the business of it seriously.
Membership is granted either by invitation from an existing member, or following a successful application. Numbers are intentionally limited.

Applications are reviewed individually and invitations are issued throughout the year.
Photo House Club was created to bring transparency, mentorship and professional growth to one of photography’s most specialised disciplines.
Every aspect of the community has been designed by photographers who understand the realities of photographing architecture, interiors and luxury property.
Rates, contracts and licensing discussed openly among peers - anonymously when preferred, and always in confidence.
A curated circle of architectural, interior, hotel and luxury property photographers who understand the brief.
Mentorship, technical review and business counsel from those further along the path.

Membership is designed around thoughtful conversations, practical knowledge sharing and genuine professional relationships. Every part of the community exists to help property photographers become stronger professionals while contributing to the success of others.
Meaningful conversations with fellow professionals in a confidential environment.
Open discussions around fees, licensing, quoting and commercial practice.
Constructive critiques designed to improve both creative work and presentation.
Templates, documents and practical material contributed by members.
Recommendations, collaborations and opportunities shared within the community.
A carefully curated network of photographers working across different regions and specialities.

After more than a decade of photographing architecture, interiors and luxury properties, I realised that many of the industry’s most valuable lessons are still learned alone.
Conversations around pricing, licensing, client relationships and running a sustainable photography business are often kept private. As a result, photographers repeatedly face the same challenges without the benefit of shared experience.
Photo House Club was created to change that.
The aim isn’t to build the largest community, but one built on trust, generosity and thoughtful conversation, where professionals can share knowledge openly, continue learning and help raise the standard of property photography together.
- Dimitrios SofianopoulosFounder, Photo House Club
Photo House Club isn’t built around numbers. It’s built around trust.
We welcome photographers who are committed to improving their craft, willing to contribute thoughtfully and respectful of confidential professional conversations.
There is no minimum level of experience or career stage required. Curiosity, professionalism and generosity matter far more than titles or client lists.
If you’re simply looking to advertise your services, collect leads or promote yourself without contributing, Photo House Club is unlikely to be the right fit.
Our aim is to build a community people are proud to belong to, not simply a list of members.
Applications opening soon.
